For guests
Join remotely and stay informed
Choose a party size, see an estimated wait, and follow in-app status updates—without spending the whole wait standing in line.
For the host stand
Keep the line moving
Keep guests informed and your waitlist moving. Add walk-ins, call parties, record seating or no-shows, and pause new joins.
For your operation
Make it fit your team
Configure party-size lines, queue capacity, grace settings, and staff access by location.
Separate activation and terms apply. This is a waitlist, not a reservation or table-allocation system. An offer purchase does not add a guest to the queue.
Planned restaurant marketplace fee rates for launch, excluding processing. We confirm your supported offer category and applicable terms before you join.
Founding rates apply to approved founding merchants for 90 days from their first HDW sale, without pausing or restarting. The listed standard rates then apply to new qualifying bookings.

FAQs
A few details before you start.
Does HDW require deep discounts?
Deep discounts aren’t required. HDW focuses on quality, distinctive experiences, and thoughtful value. Create a signature meal, a curated menu, a convenient takeout bundle, or a premium experience at a price that works for your business—without discounting your entire menu.
What is included at $0?
There is no platform setup fee, offer listing fee, or monthly fee for the standard marketplace. HDW marketplace fees and payment processing apply to eligible transactions under the agreed terms. Queue and other optional services have separate activation, pricing, and terms.
When do marketplace and processing fees apply?
For ordinary generic offers, HDW earns its marketplace fee at valid redemption. Valid non-refundable time-specific purchases can also qualify for merchant earnings without attendance. Ordinary wholly unredeemed cancellation and expiry have different treatment. Exceptions apply: merchant-caused cancellation, default, or verified non-performance can leave the original marketplace and processing fees due even when the customer is refunded. Other adjustments and exceptions follow the agreed merchant terms. Processing is separate from marketplace fees.
Which rate applies to a voucher?
Eligible to-go-only and fixed-face-value discount voucher offers use the 3% founding and 5% standard category, including eligible vouchers redeemed at the venue. Other supported restaurant offers use 6% founding and 8% standard. We confirm the supported setup, category, and terms before an offer goes live.
When does the founding period start?
For approved founding merchants, it starts with your first HDW sale and runs for 90 consecutive days without pausing or restarting. The listed standard rates then apply to new qualifying bookings.
Does registration make my offers live immediately?
Registration starts your setup. Complete business verification and accept the merchant agreement before your offer can be approved to go live.
Does the queue replace reservations or assign tables?
No. It is a separately activated waitlist service. Guests may join remotely when the queue is open, and your team adds walk-ins, calls parties, and records their status. Wait times are estimates; your staff remain in control of seating. Buying an offer does not reserve a table or add someone to the queue.
What if my business is not a restaurant?
Current business registration is for restaurants, bars, cafés, bakeries, and tea shops. Wellness, classes, events, and other local businesses can use the question form to discuss fit, supported offers, and applicable terms.
