HeyDoWhat Reward Points and Integrity Award Program Terms

These Reward Points and Integrity Award Program Terms (Program Terms) are Supplemental Terms under the HeyDoWhat Terms of Service (Terms). They govern Reward Points and Integrity Awards. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in the Terms.

You accept these Program Terms by accepting the Terms, or by earning or using Reward Points after reasonably conspicuous notice that doing so signifies your agreement, to the extent permitted by applicable law. These Program Terms govern Reward Points, not In-App Credit.

1. Definitions

Available means Reward Points that have met all earning conditions and may be used before they expire.

Award Offer means the published terms of an Integrity Award program, such as the conduct it covers and the award or maximum award.

Eligible Integrity Report means a good-faith report submitted under an Award Offer that identifies conduct the Award Offer covers and meets its requirements.

Integrity Award means Reward Points HDW may issue for a verified Eligible Integrity Report.

Pending means Reward Points that are not yet Available and may still be denied, corrected or reversed.

Qualifying Purchase means a Booking that meets the earning rules disclosed before you pay.

Reward Point Adjustment Deficit means the amount of a valid Reward Point reversal that cannot be deducted because the affected points were already spent.

2. Nature of Reward Points

Reward Points are promotional value issued by HDW. They are not purchased paid value, money, property, a deposit, a bank account, a security, a general- purpose payment instrument, or a gift card. Reward Points:

1. have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash, or exchanged outside the Platform except where Applicable Law requires otherwise;
2. are personal to the account and cannot be transferred, sold, assigned, combined, pledged, inherited, or used as collateral;
3. may be used only for eligible Platform transactions and subject to the rules disclosed before you commit to pay; and
4. may expire as disclosed when they are earned.

3. Purchase Earning

A Qualifying Purchase earns Reward Points only where earning is disclosed before you commit to pay. Reward Points are earned on the eligible amount you pay for the Booking by your payment method or In-App Credit, as disclosed before you pay, excluding Taxes, Reward Points and other promotional value.

The earning rules disclosed when you pay govern that Booking. Reward Points remain Pending until the Booking clears the verification disclosed before you pay and any disclosed hold period ends.

A refund, chargeback, reversal or other reduction of the amount paid cancels or adjusts the related Reward Points.

4. Review Earning

HDW may offer rewards for reviews that satisfy eligibility and authenticity requirements disclosed before submission.

An award does not depend on whether a review is positive or negative. Rewarded reviews are labeled "incentivized".

A verified-booking or "incentivized" label confirms only that relationship or incentive; it does not warrant that a review is true, endorse it, or prevent moderation. A review by the Merchant or its personnel, by a person who does not disclose a conflict, or made through automation, coordination or duplicate accounts is ineligible.

5. Use and Expiration

Reward Points expire as disclosed when they are earned. Expiration is not paused or extended for any reason unless Applicable Law requires otherwise.

HDW may display or send an expiration reminder but is not required to do so.

6. Corrections, Reversals, and Adjustment Deficits

HDW may deny, cancel, correct, or reverse Reward Points attributable to error, fraud, abuse, a false or ineligible earning event, a refund, chargeback, reversal, duplicate issuance, or violation of these Program Terms. A reversal does not reduce your In-App Credit.

If the reversed Reward Points were already spent, HDW may record a Reward Point Adjustment Deficit. Future Reward Points repay that deficit before becoming Available. The deficit is not a debt you owe HDW.

7. Integrity Awards

7.1 Eligibility

An Integrity Award is available only under an Award Offer in effect when you submit your report.

7.2 Eligible Reporting and Evidence

An Eligible Integrity Report must be made in good faith and include the information the Award Offer requires. HDW may request further information and verify a report as it sees fit. HDW may decline any report it does not verify.

7.3 Ineligible Conduct

No award is available for a report that is false, misleading, duplicate, automated, coordinated, retaliatory or abusive. A person who participated in or benefited from the reported conduct is ineligible unless the Award Offer says otherwise.

HDW may consolidate related reports and award no more than the disclosed event limit. Being first to submit does not guarantee an award unless the Award Offer expressly says so.

7.4 Pending, Issuance, Denial, and Reversal

An Integrity Award remains Pending until HDW verifies eligibility. HDW may deny or reduce an award within the disclosed maximum, or reverse it for error, fraud, duplicate payment, ineligibility, or a later evidence-based reversal of the underlying determination.

8. Taxes

You are responsible for Taxes imposed on you in connection with a Reward Point or Integrity Award where Applicable Law so provides. HDW may request lawful tax information, withhold where required, or decline an award it cannot lawfully issue.

9. Support and Corrections

You may report an apparent Reward Point or Integrity Award error through support@heydowhat.com. HDW may correct a proven error.

10. Program Integrity and Enforcement

You may not manipulate earning, create duplicate or synthetic accounts, fabricate transactions or redemptions, automate reviews or reports, sell or transfer Reward Points, coordinate false claims, interfere with another reporter, retaliate, or exploit an error. HDW may restrict, suspend or terminate your participation and cancel Reward Points for a violation.

11. Changes, Termination, Precedence, and Survival

HDW may change or end future earning opportunities. HDW gives reasonable advance notice before a change to these Program Terms takes effect, except that a change required by applicable law or made to address security, fraud or legal risk takes effect when posted.

If these Program Terms conflict with the Terms, these Program Terms control only the specific Reward Point or Integrity Award subject they expressly govern. The Terms govern all other subjects.

Sections 2, 6, 7.4, 8, 10 and 11, and any other provision that by its nature should survive, survive termination of your account or this program.
